Refund policy

We accept refunds if the item is faulty or not as advertised.

• Returns accepted for 30 days after date purchased
• No refund fees apply 
• Customer provides return shipping costs
• No refunds available for discounted items

We DO NOT accept change of mind returns/cancellations. Please ensure the description of the product is reviewed before purchasing. Product description will state the condition of the item with a score out of 10 and the size of the item as well as the fit of the item.

• 14-day withdrawal window — customers have 14 days to notify you they want to return or cancel
